I'm a camera assistant in the film industry, and I had heard good things about the Proaim products, so I figured I'd try them. I bought the cart and tripod hooks. The first batch of hooks I was sent were sturdy and massive. They would only fit Ronford Baker standard or baby sticks, with the sticks having to be raised to create a large enough gap for them to slide on. That being said, Proaim rectified my issue by modifying their hooks and sending me a slender and more refined hook, compared to what you'd find on a Backstage or Yeager cart. Customer service is a 10 out of 10 for me. Because it is so good, I will continue using the Proaim cart and accessories for the foreseeable future.
